Been There, Done That
I started out as a one-person shop. I slowly built a rock star team by focusing on one goal: ensure the marketing function serves the institution. I did that by building on the incremental wins and learning from plenty of stumbles along the way.
I’m plugged into higher ed marcomms teams across the country. So there’s a good chance that if I haven’t lived it, I’m a zoom call away from someone who has.
